Working for one of the largest African banking groups, my responsibilities included;

  • Delivery of monthly functional updates of the online banking platform

  • Lead the Cash Management & Online Banking products

  • Delivery of a critical change management programme

  • Developed a strong knowledge of the service capabilities and client portfolio

  • Commercial management and pricing reviews

  • Developing all client communications and act as the service escalation point

  • Managing relationships with support teams based in London and South Africa Providing regular reporting to the Executive Management

  • Monthly product activity and financial reviews were conducted in detail, which fed into the overall product direction & strategy
